Interested in hosting an event at Ply-Mar this summer?
Members may host parties at our designated party picnic table areas. Party picnic tables can be reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis at least 1 week prior to your event (the further in advance the better!).
To reserve a party, please log into your MemberSplash account and select Manage Account > Reservations. Members have the ability to make a new reservation or review any current reservations linked to your account. Reservations should only be made for parties/events, not for everyday use of specific tables.
Please be sure to review the Ply-Mar calendar before scheduling your event. Parties cannot be reserved on special event dates such as the School’s Out Party, Family Fun Day, during home swim meets, etc.
For weekend parties, especially during June & July, we HIGHLY recommend scheduling parties for off-peak times such as 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Once reserved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to our Ply-Mar Event Form. This must be completed in its entirety and a HARD COPY must be provided to the main office at least 1 day prior to your scheduled event.
Please take note of the specific date, start time, and end time of your reservation. Please be mindful of any reservations that are scheduled to be held before/after your event in the same area. Parties may not set up prior to the reservation start time. Parties should be cleaned up by the end time.
Members are responsible for purchasing guest passes in advance of your event.
Ply-Mar staff members are not available to assist with party setup/cleanup. Picnic tables may not be moved from their designated areas. Hosts are responsible for receiving food deliveries at the main entrance.
Members are responsible for their guests. Please be sure to share Ply-Mar’s rules and regulations in advance of your event. Guests are not permitted to stay on the premises after the hosting member leaves.
