August Access

 

Thank you for your interest in our AUGUST ACCESS program for 2025! This is a pilot program, which the board of directors is hoping will allow more community members to enjoy Ply-Mar while on our waiting list, which is longer than it has ever been before.

THE REGISTRATION FORM WILL APPEAR AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE BEGINNING AT 12:01 PM on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 7th. JUST REFRESH THE PAGE IF YOU DON’T SEE IT.

WHAT IT INCLUDES

• Full access to Ply-Mar from opening on Monday, July 28th through club closing on Sunday, August 24th.
• The ability to bring guests and use all club facilities.
• If there are special events or functions at Ply-Mar during your August Access, you are welcome to join them!

WHAT IT DOESN’T INCLUDE

• The ability to be part of the swim & dive teams.
• Members-only events such as the School’s Out Party
• Any other special events or programs outside of your 28-day August Access window.

IMPORTANT RULES

• Include all members of your household, both adults and children, in your total count.
  • Children UNDER 2 YEARS OLD as of August 1, 2025, do not need to be included.
• The August Access fee is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • A change in your summer plans
  • Inclement weather
  • Issues or closures of facilities at Ply-Mar, etc.
• Those taking part must read and acknowledge the by-laws and rules & regulations of Ply-Mar. Any violation of those rules, issues with the behavior of you or your guests, or any other incidents, could result in the suspension or revocation of your August Access AND could impact your future invitation and membership at Ply-Mar.

The registration form can be found below, and it will NOT BE ACTIVE BEFORE 12:01 p.m. on Friday, December 7th. If and when we reach capacity, the form will automatically close to new entries.

To complete the form, YOU MUST BE LOGGED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT! Even though you have a waitlist designation, you still have an account in our system.

INSTRUCTIONS

• These steps CAN BE COMPLETED BEFORE FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 7th at 12:01 p.m.
  1. Log into your account at plymar.membersplash.com. Or click at the top right of this page to sign in.
     1. USERNAME: This should be the same email address you used to register for the waiting list.
     2. PASSWORD: This was provided in the informational email
  2. Click on the three dots to the right of your name and ADD MEMBER.
     Add complete information for anyone you plan to include in your August Access. These MUST BE PEOPLE WHO SHARE YOUR HOUSEHOLD. You cannot add neighbors, friends, neices, nephews, etc.
  3. Add photos if available. The ideal photo is one that is well-lit and close up, similar to a passport photo. School portraits for kids are perfect!
  4. Add email addresses for anyone who needs to receive Ply-Mar emails.
• This step cannot be completed until 12:01 p.m. on Friday, February 7th
  1. Log into your account at plymar.membersplash.com (if not already logged in)
  2. Complete the form below. BE SURE TO READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY!
  3. Pay with a credit card.
  4. Once you receive an email receipt, you’re good to go!

GUEST PASSES

Once your August Access registration is confirmed, we will open up the sale of pre-paid guest passes. These passes are $100 (plus a small credit card fee) and are good for 10 guest credits for use any time in the summer. These passes are the same as what are offered to full members.

Guest credits NEVER EXPIRE, so any unused passes will remain on your account to be used when you become a full member of Ply-Mar.
